All orders are processed within 4 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping to USA and Canada is charged based on the items and weight of the cart.

Free Shipping

Free local delivery is available for orders over $99 in USA and Canada, except remote locations or islands. We will not covering shipping surcharges under Free Shipping orders. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [Unit 3, 1022 Kingsway, Vancouver BC]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 11 AM on all days of the week to 10 PM. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at https://snackerama.com/contact/ or Info@snackerama.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We are not responsible for any shipping damages or lost in transit.

If your shipment gets lost or damaged, please get in touch with us we will help you raise a claim with the shipping carrier company.
